Аннотация

Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов, возникших в связи с реализуемой с января 2026 г. Концепцией цифровой трансформации органов и организаций прокуратуры Российской Федерации до 2030 года. Анализ показывает, что стремительная автоматизация и использование искусственного интеллекта создают напряженность, а в ряде случаев противоречат принципам организации и деятельности прокуратуры, закрепленным в Федеральном законе от 17 января 1992 г. N 2202-I «О прокуратуре Российской Федерации». Выявлены факты негативного влияния цифровой трансформации органов и организаций прокуратуры на реализацию основных начал – принципов организации и деятельности прокуратуры Российской Федерации. Предложены меры по устранению такого влияния.

Abstract

The article focuses on a number of issues incurred in connection with the Concept of digital transformation of the Russian prosecution bodies and organizations up to 2030, which has been implemented since January 2026. The analysis shows that rapid automation and the use of

artificial intelligence create tension and in some cases conflict with the traditional principles of the organization and activities of the procuracy enshrined in Federal Law No. 2202-I “On the procuracy of the Russian Federation” dated January 17, 1992. Some cases of the negative effect of the digital transformation of prosecution bodies and organizations on implementing the basic principles of the organization and activities of the Russian procuracy are revealed. Some measures to eliminate such effect are proposed.
